We are extremely happy with our experience with Consistent Caring! We've had daily dog walks for over 8 months and dog-sitting while traveling, and overall they have been fantastic to work with. Greer is professional, reliable, and communicative. It's clear how much they care for the animals and clients they work with, and the pride they take in their work. Our dog is reactive/aggressive toward other dogs and Greer is patient and proactive to manage her anxiety on walks, using the same techniques our trainers taught us. We receive an update after each walk through their client portal letting us know how things went, which gives me peace of mind. Our dog loves Greer and we’re very grateful to have such a trustworthy addition to our dog’s village!

Greer is truly exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I have two rescued Dalmatians who require a lot of attention, patience, and ongoing medical care, and Greer handles all of it with professionalism, reliability, and genuine compassion. Whether it’s daily walks, feedings, or administering medication, I trust them completely to show up, follow through, and go above and beyond.
What really sets Greer apart is the level of care and connection they build with the animals. One of my dogs is slow to trust new people, and Greer approached that relationship with so much patience, respect, and sensitivity. Now, they’re one of both of my dogs’ favorite people—which says everything.
Their communication is also outstanding. Every visit includes detailed updates and photos through their app, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. The app itself is also incredibly user-friendly—it makes it easy to submit service requests, communicate, and keep pet profiles updated. It’s a true one-stop shop that ensures Greer always has everything they need to provide the best care possible.
I’m someone who struggles with being apart from my dogs, but knowing Greer is with them—meeting their needs and giving them real love and attention—allows me to actually relax and enjoy my time away.

Leaving home used to be a source of immense pet-parent anxiety for me. In the past, I couldn't even enjoy a vacation without constantly and frantically checking our pet cameras, but that all changed when we started working with Greer. They are, quite simply, an exceptional pet sitter. Our household is not an easy one to manage; we have two cats and two geriatric dogs who require a high level of maintenance. From a complex regimen of pills and managing various allergies to handling diaper changes, the geriatric life is demanding, yet Greer handles every single task with incredible aplomb.
Greer’s attention to detail is truly unmatched. We provide a 16+ page set of pet sitting instructions that most people would find daunting, but Greer follows them to a T every single time. Beyond just following the rules, their expert communication provides the ultimate peace of mind. After every single visit, Greer sends a thorough update complete with multiple photos and a detailed write-up. It is clear from these updates that they truly understand our pets' unique behaviors and personalities, which allows me to finally feel relaxed and free on my vacations. I cannot recommend Greer highly enough.

A few months ago my partner and I finally settled on looking for an overnight cat sitter as the best option for a couple of weeks of international travel. After some online searching and a recommendation we discovered Consistent Caring, and the actual experience and service were even better than we could have hoped for!
Greer was a delight to meet, and our very shy kitty actually came out of hiding for an intro during the meet and greet. Greer's service in our absence was unfailingly reliable; we were provided with an email upon arrival at our home, and a post-visit email with multiple photos and a recap of the visit.
We'd been a little concerned about whether our pet would sulk and hide in our absence, and there was a bit of that the first couple of days, but she very quickly warmed up to Greer and became very affectionate, seemingly enjoying and appreciating the focused attention.
Upon our return there was evident happiness to see her usual people, but none of the anxiety and middle of the night howling that we've observed from extended weekends when friends would simply check in.
Greer and Consistent Caring delivered phenomenal cat sitting service, and we will absolutely be engaging their services in the future!

Greer takes great care of my cats! They send me updates every day that include photos, and they clearly have taken the time to understand my cats’ individual personalities. I would recommend them.

Greer is wonderful! They are super thorough, thoughtful, and communicative. Greer has cared for both our dog and cat, separately and together for drop ins and overnights. They are so kind and care for our pets and home just as we would. We take so much comfort in knowing Greer is with our pets while we are away, we can't recommend enough!

I could not recommend Greer more highly. We hired them in advance of the arrival of our first child, and they have been walking our dog consistently and with great care for 5+ days a week for the past seven months or so.
Our dog, Seaborn, is quite a handful. He is smart, high drive (and on the hunt for neighborhood bunnies at all times), and has a ton of energy. We’ve had dog care in the past that we felt exacerbated Seaborn’s behavioral problems. Not so with Greer! They really “get” our dog, and we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in his overall behaviors since Greer’s been his dog walker.
Beyond that, it is evident to us that they really like our dog (and dogs in general) even though Seaborn can truly be mayhem. They are also really good at keeping me abreast of anything that is going on with Seaborn that I might need to know about with detailed communication post-walk on a daily basis.
I have literally no complaints. Greer has been an indispensable part of our village over the last six months, and a huge part of helping seaborn be successful in the transition to family life. They are reliable, trustworthy, and competent, and truly seem to LOVE dogs and their work as a dog's walker/companion/friend. If you are considering hiring them, DO IT. You won't regret it.

Greer is my go to cat-sitter. They are so friendly and I always trust that my kitty will be well taken care of with them. They are professional, trustworthy and keep me updated with photos and check-in’s each visit. I highly recommend them as an excellent pet sitter! 10/10

Greer is incredibly kind, reliable, and beloved by our two big German Shepherd mixes. They go above and beyond in caring for our pups, sending us pictures and report cards from every walk, refilling their water at home, and even cleaning up an accident at home purely out of the kindness of their heart. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Greer is exactly as the other reviewers: amazing, caring, communicative, positive, patient. We have to keep Greer in the neighborhood! They stayed at my house for a week, and my scaredy cat ended up LOVING them in record time. I could relax and enjoy my vacation. They also left my home in even better shape than I had left it. Totally trustworthy, wonderful writer, and all-around good person. Definitely consistent and caring as well as intelligent and just right! I can now look forward to going away again. Thank you Greer!

I've only had good experiences with Greer over the many times they've taken care of my cat. Not only are they very reliable and communicative, but I especially appreciate that all of their reports are thorough and honest, even if my cat's being a bit of a jerk (Greer is patient and kind with her regardless). I have great peace of mind leaving my pet with Greer.

Ragnar is always ecstatic to see Greer because they are amazing... BFF at first sniff! Greer is great with animals, reliable and has great communication skills. Its really helpful to have someone who doesn't need routine times because I have a very irregular schedule.

Greer is AMAZING! My dog Maverick loves them and always gets so excited to go on walks with Greer. Greer is super reliable, communicative, and positive and always shares the best reports with photos letting me know how the walk went. I feel super comfortable with Greer and know that Mav will be well taken care of. I feel lucky to have Greer in the neighborhood and as a resource for Mav!

Greer is the best! Ollie enjoys walks and overnight stays with Greer and always enjoy getting updates and photos about how everything is going. The portal is easy to use to book and Greer is very communicative. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Greer and Consistent Caring enough! Greer is kind and respectful with both us and our dog Camille. They're communicative, professional, attentive, and best of all, our dog loves them! (Which is saying a lot because Camille is indifferent to most humans. Ha!) I love the portal they use that shows us photos and updates of the walk. It gives us peace of mind (and a bit more time back in our day) to know Camille is in such good hands each week.
